On waiting on mine to rise now! Made my own green seasoning from scratch and my tamarind chutney A a mango chutney last night...making the cucumber one now! Making doubles tommorrow! I'm having so much fun learning all these new foods and recipes. IM American but live in Miami we get all the carribbean goods and food here! I try this recipe but it didn't raise when I was frying. I stopped and add some baking powder. I didn't see it was included in the recipe.

Greetings from India ,Interesting recipe , what exactly is the green seasoning coriander and green chillies perhaps ? What seeds did you add to the Tamarind chutney ? I'm a bit intrigued !

Green seasoning is a mixture of culantro,garlic,scallions and peppers. I added tamarind seeds to the tamarind.

@@gulshankwatra2841 I think it's a personal preference. Most Trinidadians like the feel of the seed in the midst of the sauce.
