@TigerinTranslation5 ай бұрын
Aww thanks I appreciate it! Maybe eventually I'll make a video about it but that would probably be a long way down the road 😂 I basically started learning Japanese when I was 13 cause of anime, I started learning Chinese cause I'm Chinese American in 2021 and started Korean around 2022 cause I was like I might as well finish the main 3 Asian languages lol I could probably go more in depth about how it all changed my life and all the adventures I went on because of my language learning, but that's the gist of how I got started. (fun fact I'm currently in Japan doing research here) 😆

Just want to say, instead of saying "soy americano", say "soy de estados unidos" or "soy estadounidense". This is because many Spanish speakers will think you are referring to the entire continent of the Americas. You can also say are from "Centroamérica". If you are speaking to someone from Latin America, theres a chance they will know where California is, so you can also simply say "Soy de California". I really hope this helps, i know Spanish is very difficult, but i believe in you!

Ik I'm like three months late to this, but I'm still hoping that you'll perhaps respond. I'm German and I've been wanting to learn Japanese for a while now. What would you recommend for learning it, especially at the beginning? Like, what apps or websites could help, or what you maybe used to learn and get better at it, and maybe any other tips and tricks. Also, the video was very funny and also enjoyable! Hope you'll upload more of these in the future ^^

Hi thanks for the comment! I'd recommend learning the fundamental grammar first, then try to talk with natives! I did this by going through the Genki 1 and Genki 2 books. Afterwards I used an app called hello talk or in vrchat to chat with natives and work on improving my speaking skills! I also used anki for flash card memorization for vocab. I also think it's important to find a way to make learning the language fun so watching anime/listening to kpop etc is good too! If u have any more questions feel free to join the discord in my about page and I'd be happy to answer! :)
