Why is it that in mobile games there are 2 currencies that are ALWAYS like: 1. The useless currency that you get for doing ANYTHING. 2. The useful currency that's really hard to get without paying.
@TheHeavyshadow5 жыл бұрын
For two reasons: 1. To further confuse one on how much one has already spend on the game. 2. To give the player the illusion of progress. You might earn 100.000 of currency-1, but currency-1 is almost useless. Only the real-money-currency, currency-2, gets the player the really good items. Of course, these items only help the player to get more currency-1, so the designers are relying on the player paying even more for even more faux-progress.

So please, don't do it :( remain as you are, paying up front for everything and no microtransactions. People need to stop thinking that because it is on the App store or Google Play, it *has* to be free. If you don't mind, please tell me which game it is. Maybe console peasants will realize that paying $60 a year and other shit isn't how gaming is done and will finally use their money that they would use to buy a console to build a real pc that will be just as powerful (if not more), while also will buy games for lifetime and enjoy them as long as they care about them or have internet and electricity, lul.
@flaviunuflavius24956 жыл бұрын
well I doubt that, just look at games like League of Legends, the game is free and the gameplay really isn't giving you the feeling that it is pay to win (becuase it isn't, they mostly make their money from skins and other bundles). I am not negating the fact that this is still a game and may be seen as a waste of time ( it is actually pretty addictive, but what game isn't, right? so it's up to you to be responsible) but at least it is a pretty good overall game experience if you play for fun and is more enjoyable if you play with friends.

@@purpleice2343 dude, just no, buying a simgle console is WAY cheaper than buy a powerful computer. A lot of games that run smoothly on console need a very good computer to have the dame experience. I have a Xbox One for about 2 years, and it never had problems with CPU/GPU not handling the game well, while in my computer that was about the same price, i can only play Fortnite on super low graphics, hell even CS:GO needs to be on low to run at 60 FPS.

As a gamer from childhood, even if sometimes I really want to buy something from the game with real money, I always remember myself that the product I would buy is just virtual. No real satisfaction. And there's the 'what if'. What if I bored playing this game? That would make the product I bought useless. What if something happen like you have to update the game to continue playing it but your phone didn't support it? What if in the future, the product I buy will be useless even though I keep playing the game? Besides, there are a lot of games that you can still be a free player, and having fun without purchasing the items in the game. Just remember yourself that the product you're gonna buy isn't real at all
