I remember a horrible interaction with this person. Was looking for a ych "your character here" and found a nice one in which queen (this was after these incedents I believe and they ended up getting core to change their DA name) had already started the bidding. I bid a higher amount and left to continue browsing. Got a notification saying they had replied and they had continued the bidding. When I went to place a higher bid DA came up with the notification that I couldn't reply and there was an error (basically I'd been blocked by queen from interacting with them) I ended up messaging a mate to put in a bid for me with their account, when they were blocked from replying as well. I commented that I'd been blocked and could not continue the bidding chain and that I'd just AB "Auto buy" the art for the highest price. Queen ended up going on a rant about how that was unfair. The artist said that they'd have more ych in the future for them to bid on. Queen then asks if the artist only take money and not da points. The artist said yes as the money is going towards collage and other expenses. Queen kept complaining how the prices were unfair and that the artist should accept points as well. I don't understand why they were bidding in the first place, as the artist clearly stated in the post that it was USD only not points. It was such a wild ride

As someone with ADHD, the “I like Attention” part is actually false. I literally had a hard time focusing. ADHD makes it hard to focus on work, chores, and basic human necessities. I’m on 36mg Medication for my ADHD BECAUSE of how severe it was. I find this FUNNI 🤩 because he’s using it as an excuse. I want to cry, this person tried claiming that the "Attention" in ADHD means people with it like attention, like it wasn't supposed to be paired up with the 'deficit' right next to it. Making a mockery of ADHD people is not okay. Life is difficult enough as is with the disorder, and no one has the right to trivialize it in such an inaccurate, visibly unresearched way. This person is really trying to Karen their way through the internet.

They either: a) don't actually watch your content and have only heard of what you do, or b) watch your videos but don't fucking pay attention Because there is no way that they have seen your content and think that you would honestly be able to exonerate them because "my family knows I'm innocent". Like, have you seen all the different evidence Ponder has put into making the claims she does? Hello?? Something I'd like to mention. I have adhd, and yes, i agree that everyone experiences adhd (and autism, and the like) differently. But....Craving attention is not a symptom?? Hello? Sure you COULD crave attention WHILE having adhd, but it doesnt stem from adhd. The attention part of the name is cuz people with adhd have a hard time paying attention to tasks, like everyday things like eatimg breakfast. An example of mine: alot of the time i want to draw, but when i want to i just go on to something else and saying "I'll do it in a minute' but never do it. Another example is i would promise to do some homework but i get distracted and do otherthings. TDLR: Attention seeking is not a part of adhd (From my knowledge that is, not once have i seen someone with adhd seek attention cuz of their adhd. And when i look up adhd symptoms, attention seeking is not on the list. So for all i know it could be, but from my knowledge they are BSing it.)

I mean attention seeking behavior could be caused by a branch off of having adhd called rejection sensitive disorder. (I have rsd btw speaking from experience) I ended up craving attention so I could please others and if I didn’t I would be very upset and sometimes would physically hurt from the anxiety of it. I’m not really good at explaining stuff so my words might be jumbled.

I've seen their TOS terms. They are that bad. Like at one point it says that they have a right to take your money if you cancel the commission with them (which some people have canceled commissions either to finding out the YCH had been traced or that this person was taking MONTHS to color in the YCH). Another one is that they copyright their moodboards (ya know stock pictures compiled into a collage) and will not allow anyone else to make a character off a moodboard they used.

Wanted to just say. When commissioning and getting art, THAT DOES NOT MEAN YOU CAN CLAIM THAT IS YOUR ORIGINAL PIECE OR RESELL IT. If you do want to resell the piece, then please ask the artist before hand because that is stealing and cutting the artist from profit that can be theirs's. Draw up your own conditions with the original artist before reselling the art or before buying at all, making your intentions clear. You will NEVER be allowed to claim that the commissioned piece is YOURS since the original idea is not yours and neither is the style, you are only allowed to use the design as you want (putting it as your profile picture, posting the art (with proper claims), or/and etc.) YOU ARE BREAKING THE LAW if you decide to resell art and being incredibly disrespectful by doing this, ignoring the artist and deliberately going against their wishes, which is grounds to be sued. If you CLAIM and RESELL the art as yours, you are scamming people and therefore are breaking copyright laws and can be sued. (you can draw fanart of spiderman but you can never sell this as YOUR ORIGINAL CHARACTER.) 24:11 I find this so absolutely appalling, the ignorance slipped out of the screen and slapped me hard in the face. I have ADHD _and_ Histrionic Personality Disorder. Latter of the two often being derogatorily called the Attention Seeking Disorder. The disorders are so differing and unrelated it's revolting to see the two so haphazardly mixed up when it takes five seconds of googling to understand that. Not only that but HPD isn't just "I like attention uwu", it's a craving so strong it causes immense distress and damages your ability to function in society. It's not something that you can blame your behavior on and demand people to excuse because of a diagnosis. It's something that's _your_ responsibility to seek help to change your behavior into something healthier.

This whole video was so ridiculous but I'm seriously disappointed with people using their ADHD as an excuse to be shitty people. Yes, we have emotional dysregulation and we're often very impulsive, but our disability doesn't make us idiots who are stuck at their edgy teenage phase. Also the "attention deficit" part in ADHD has NOTHING to do with us "wanting attention". In fact, a lot of us disagree with the name "ADHD". We aren't unable to pay attention, if anything, when something stimulates us, we pay so much attention we forget to do basic tasks like eat or shower. We just have lower dopamine levels, therefore it's harder for us to do something that doesn't stimulate our brains enough. None of what's happening in the video is ADHD symptoms.

My goodness, I remember all this going down and more, I happen to be in the wrong friend group at the time. One of the people in that group actually got into drama with Occult. My "Friend" at the time didn't want to flip a ych that Occult had requested because it made them uncomfortable. Apparently Occult also didn't ask before hand in the request for it to be flipped and they only said anything after the ych had been uploaded. The drama was so bizarre. I was also at the time semi acquaintances with the person who named their character "Queen Occult". All drama with Occult was so, so bizarre and thinking back, I wish I could of just avoided them and never had to meet them. Honestly Occult is a way better and more original then their actual name, pff. As soon as I could, I blocked Occult on every account, along with telling my friends to block them before they even had a chance to learn about them. Man what a huge dumpster fire that was. I don't miss 2019.

Probably something most don't care about but I'm not a fan of the concept of closed species. I can understand specific unique characters or that specific artwork but coming up with a species and then forbidding anyone else to be able to draw it unless they buy the rights to it seems....very corporate. Like most I imagine would be angry if we drew a Goomba and Nintendo demanded we buy a license to be allowed to or they will harass us off the internet, but some artists will do it to each other. Idk it feels like when artists were trying to claim they owned certain poses or artstyles to me tho Im not an artist myself and don't really know how the community itself feels on things like that or if the community is even unified in its thoughts on it

I'd say turtle dogs is a good example of how to do it right. It says on there somewhere 'we don't claim to own dogs with turtle shells, but if you'd like to join the group and have a character specific to this group you'll need to get a myo / buy an adopt'. Basically ARPGs are lowkey the only stable closed species jsdifojsd I suppose I have some 'closed species' but if I saw someone with one that looked simmilar / acted simmilar or with a similar name i woudn't bat an eye. I'm a world builder, and i'd only be like 'wtf' if they were like- trying to make things about my world without my permission.
