With the help of the creator of The MWH Method for long lean lines, Melissa Wood-Tepperberg, we’re sharing ways to sculpt your arms using a one-pound weight. If you don’t have weights, you can also use your own body weight. In the video, Melissa walks us through the moves and how to properly perform each. This is the perfect exercise if you’re starting to slowly ease back into a regular fitness schedule. Love this!! Instructor is great with cuing. I like that I can add a heavier weight or use none. Perfect to tone my arms!

I just did this with 3 pound weights- lol and let me tell you- you really do feel it- I’ll be doing it before I go to bed- 3 hrs before I lay my soul to rest- I want to invest in the 1 lbs to just make sure I’m following correctly but my question is is the 3 lbs weights okay? I also want to add I think doing this 2 times a day will be really beneficial and show results quicker
