Not sure why this doesn't have more likes - a great total upper body workout....even with light weights I can feels it! Instructions are clear and simple, and the time goes quickly!! Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to add a quick arms sets to their routine!! 💪💪💪

One of those rare workouts where I’m really sore the whole time but not so hard that I have to stop every 5 seconds. Plus, your energy is so motivating! I just love this video

Plus it is good that these exercises don’t require extremely heavy dumbbells to feel the burn.

this workout has saved my life. i could never find a workout with such light dumbbells, i have very skinny arms and this was challenging but i could keep up and now i really see results. i’ll try the other barre arms workouts too. thank you! 💗

Its not just the workout thats great but her gentle polite calming voice that just makes the workout more motivating, tbh shes my favorite workout instructor so far

I really love this! I am often put off by workouts with difficult moves so this one was perfect as it was challenging yet easy to follow. I never ever work out my arms because I have little time and usually just focus on abs and butt, however this is definitely doable once a day for me. Thank you for this!

Today was my second time doing this and today I did it on my vibration plate. I just love barre arms that is effective like this. I use to lift heavy weight and after some life changes and fitness burnout, I am now lifting way lighter. I love these barre arms and also your other upper body with 8 pounds. So effective and the 10-15 minutes is easy to fit into my days. Thank you!

only a few months ago i couldn’t finish the video, and thought this was a hard workout, now i’m doing this again after i’ve been doing harder and harder workouts over the months and i found this a bit easy! never thought i’d make progress. this was the video that got me started with working out, thank you 🫶

Did you lose weight n your super body? I just had a baby 4 months ago & now my arms & super body look Bigger... hopefully this helps to loose them.

I agree! I've been doing the workouts with 8 lbs... thought this would be a nice change. Very challenging, and true confession.... I took some breaks!! 😊

This is my fav upper body workout from you. I started with 3s; couldn't even get all the way through with you; I had to bring em down--now n then. But... now I'm up to 5s, because I "mastered" the 3s. Working on the 5s; I'll get there!

Absolutely the quintessential Barre arms workout! It seems like it's going to be easy, and then all of a sudden, you're burning 🔥👐👐!!!!! Loved the non-stop format and variety of moves!! Great workout to tone up the upper body!!!!! 👍💯☺️!!!!!

Jesus!!! I did work 2kg and I was shaking at the end of each set as forgot no breaks! The breathing reminders are amazing and you can really benefit from following. Great workout!!!

Great work I really felt the burn in my shoulders, plus it doesn’t require an extremely heavy dumbbell. I normally lift 12.5kg and 17kg dumbbells at the gym but video this really helpful and all I needed was a set of 3kg weights.

I've always had some really jacked up elbows and shoulders that would always snap and pop so much, and I'm not even an adult yet💀 but I really feel like this workout is going to be great for my joints and stuff so TYSM for making ittt!!😭✨✨
