We are all on different fitness levels and I am sure there are a lot of girls out there who can relate to the challenges of starting something new. I am so proud of her for stepping out of her comfort zone and putting herself out there...on camera. It's not easy and it's even harder when you do it and then have to come back and see a comment like this. Let's be friendly here and encourage each other to get stronger and fitter. No laughing at!!! Only with!!! C'mon guys!

Ok I'm on day 4! Happy I got back into it! Haven't been well lately and so busy that Iv been exhausted when I am home but I'm glad I am back into it! That was tough but so enjoyable ! Headstand now👍

Day 4 complete! My face looked like the girl in the blue shirt's the whole time, aka pain! lol the foot positioning was a little awkward for me, but this made me feel like I was in a class which made it that more fun.

the last time I did this it felt like I was dying! (that was day 4) now, it's day 18 and I feel wayyy more stronger! I was smiling and getting a great workout in. now onto best stretches for flexibility.. then, day 18, DONE! :)

I've been on the 28 day reset challenge on 18 days now and I must say: what a difference 2 weeks make! I remember doing this video on day 4 and it was killing me, but now I can do the whole video without feeling too exhausted! Also.. Cassey is right! Once you get a hang of the videos you'll crave to do more!

+Alice Ford you might want to try tuning your hips more down, so your foot automatically goes more to the side. it might hurt your hip a little, so put some type of cushion underneath :) and if that doesn't work, then just keep your foot pointed the entire time

This is my first week on the beginners 2.0 calendar - this video is on day 4 of the calendar. Surprised myself with how much of the exercises I actually did! Had to have a mini break on the inner thigh leg raises but only for about 5-10 seconds! Already feeling and seeing the effects of doing the calendar and trying to eat as clean as i can (which admittedly isn't always strictly following the meal plan!). Really enjoying feeling stronger with every new day!! Thanks Cassey!

Honestly this is one of my favorite videos by Cassey because 1) i love inner thigh workouts, but mainly 2) i imagine myself in the position of any one of the girls in this video when i do this. like i pretend that I'm being filmed next to the great pilates instructor ever that millions watch daily and if i screw up or let myself give up or do a bad form, millions will see my failure. Idk if i'm the only one who feels that way... but yeah. i love this workout for that :D

so everytime i do a move that involves being on your side, i can't do it. it's painful as hell coz i think theres a bone of mine that sticks into the mat and i dont know whats going on there and it hurts so bad i can't do it anyone experiencing this or feeling similar? and if so, what solution do you guys suggest?

I don't think it's good, no. Mine does that too, but since I've started exercising, it's been getting a little bit better. Other than that, I have no idea what's wrong. Are you double jointed? Cause that makes your joints more weak than they normally would be. Otherwise, I've no idea what causes it. What I suggest, is to try exercises to strengthen your hip joints, and also to stretch them. (To stretch them, I suggest going into a floor lounge position. You can google it if you don't know, 'cause I don't know how to explain it.) for the exercises, I find that the inner thigh lifts help a lot. If you feel uncomfortable or if they hurt you in any way, it's better to not do them. You don't want to get injured. But if the clicking persists, or if it starts causing you pain, I'd suggest going to the doctor, even if it is a pain. Also, I know a lot of people have this problem, so it's not that unusual. Same thing happens to me, and always the right hip. Usually it doesn't click but hurts, but this time it clicked but didn't hurt. And it's always the exercises that require raising that leg.

I suffer from tendonitis in both of my knees and I had to go to a physical therapist for a while. My physical therapist recommended a bunch of exercises for me and I was very glad to see this video had a few of them. If you have tedonitis, this may work for you. Of course check with your physical therapist first. Thank you for this video!

OMG, this is my first floor pilates workout and I felt my inner thighs. Have that inner thigh brushing during my run this morning and know that the muscle is under a layer of fat. But have very muscular legs underneath so Casey's kind of workout for my lower body and abs will definitely make the difference. I also have the August calendar added to my TIU calendar so will be in bootiful shape soon!

Day 11 done. You killed me in a great way, Cassey. And I only had to stop a couple throughout all of these workouts very briefly, which is a great improvement compared to when I started. Thanks so much for kicking my butt and making me push through. :)

Guys, as Cass always says, we are all on our OWN journey & are starting on different levels. Realize that as you are watching this video instead of making fun of the ladies in the video. Cass is an expert and you don't see her making fun of the ladies in the video so what makes you think it is your place to do so? Be proud of them for trying their best and just be proud of everyone that we all come watch these videos to be healthier individuals.

I love how you have all different types of girls there, I mean they are all so lovely and beautiful, but you didn't only show super skinny model girls, but just normal girls that want to get toned and fit and they all did such a great job!
