I always watch videos before doing them. I like knowing what exercises are in the workout before I do it. It also helps me to get the right form too.

Erika Wybourn 0 seconds ago There is zero time to transition and set up between moves. Having the instructor constantly look at her watch/timer is not great, and an ad you have to interrupt yourself to skip 4 minutes in makes it worse.

This gets a thumbs down for me because she moved to quickly from one exercise to the other. As an over 40 woman who is still active but doesn’t move as fast, she was halfway complete with the exercise before I started. Some yt’ers stuff least give a quick rest between each exercise

Yes, low impact means not alot of jumping (for people with knee or back problems), but isn't the same as low intensity and can still be a challenging workout lol

Would not do this again. She was too quick with the switching of the exercises.
