That trainer really forces you to dig deep. I liked this workout a lot. Being a new mommy and working full time, I often only get 30 precious min to exercise so "I don't play games" either! Thanks for delivering a quick AND efficient workout.

The first time I did this workout I was DEAD by the end of it... I even wanted to cry :D :D Now, a few weeks later, I did it almost like a boss! I just love Jeanette. Her workouts challenge me more than workouts from other instructors. She's a beast!

I've never had a designated towel for sweat until I met Jeanette. I feel like an absolute BEAST doing workouts with her. This is only the second one I've done. The first was the 45 min ab workout which I did 3-4 times a week for about 2 and half weeks and I saw results! My core felt stronger and I lost inches off my waist. Love the no-nonsense approach to the workouts and the short bouts of cardio in-between (cardio-sculpt). Thank you!

So, I've been doing her 45 min and hour long cardio kickboxing 3-4x a week. With that and diet, I've lost 5 pounds in almost 2 weeks. I'm also not really overweight so I can even imagine what it could do for someone who is. I'm integrating this and a 15 minute core workout into my routine 2x a week.

I would like a *preview* of the sculpting moves and knowing reps , * like a countdown timer for each exercice* . It helps if you are not that quick in balance and coördination.I got to min. 20 because I could not follow that rythm and felt like I did not get what the order of the moves was , purely of demotivation.🙁

I've just started working out after years of nothing and I'm loving popsugar fitness videos. Especially ones led by anna and this lady Jeanette Jenkins. I just love the kickboxing and boxing moves. They're so different to normal aerobics and it gets rid of any pent up emotions. Loving it ladies

So I came here after doing one of Jeanette’s other popsugar 45 minute workouts (because I LOVE her energy) but wanted a slightly less intense workout for today. So I thought, oh a 30 minute workout! I've looked at other cardio sculpt workout but like this one best...not as much up/down. Burned 283 calories. Did modifications and stretched instead of doing abs.

Jeanette Jenkins workouts seem all very similar I have to say, so I try to mix them with workouts by different trainers. Still, she really makes you sweat and feel you are seriously working out. Love her!

Just completed the workout for the first time, great, inspiring and challenging, but I have som remarks. In the plank series, I have a lot of pain when I exert my wrists, so the moves were to straining and I had to modify or skip a lot of moves. And in the abs series when you were doing the "tilted knees to elbow move", I had a hard time keeping up with you, so maybe consider showing a low-impact version where you take it slower.
