This is the best full body stretching I've come across. I've been doing this for many years and really not many have rotator cuff stretches. All the stretches as great here and I appreciate it very much. Thank you :)

Hi Anna! I am a massage therapist and randomly find this stretch video and I'm so glad I did! My should has been giving me problems for 2 years now from my job and I just had top tell you that the rotator cuff stretch in this video saved my career! Oh man thank you thank you thank you for this!!! I can see why it is day 2 :) After yesterday's workout I woke up so sore and cramped up I could barely move. I did this and now my body is able to breath again so to speak. thanks! i really want to try to go all 21 days and see how it will improve me. wow .. i am a boxer and inspite of all the heavy cardio i tend to hurt my front deltoids and wrist while heavy bag workout .. i didnt knew what was wrong .. after this video it really solved the issue and i got to know the muscles which i didnt knew it existed .. thanks .. you did great .. :)

If you hurt your wrists while hitting heavy bag either your wraps are too loose (in which case tighten them) or you're punching with improper form (bad bag connection and not clenching fist hard enough)

I love this stretching routine. Obviously, like other commenters, I agree it could always be longer and have a little more variety, but I think this is a great, all-around, basic stretching routine. I always add some neck stretching and a little extra groin and leg stretches to round it out a bit.

I've done this two days in a row. (and a third time skipping a day) I plan to stretch every day and exercise 3-5 times a week. I tried the 30 min fat frying on day one then did this. and I did an app on the second day and did this before. bad idea. I was very tight the third day and I did it today. I plan to do it again or another full body stretching tonight because I skipped yesterday. any pop sugar recommendations?

You should avoid static stretching (basically all these exercises except the last one) when cold (as in muscles haven't been fully worked) if you want to stretch when cold then do some dynamic (moving) stretches instead as they allow you to ease into them at a better rate.

I never get sore after my workouts is that bad? But I make sure to stretch after every workout too

The main cause of soreness is generally due to the repair of broken down muscle which repairs tighter, by stretching you're forcing the muscle fibres to relax which will reduce pain significantly. For instance how many guys do you see at the gym complaining about shoulder pain when they bench? Exactly they don't stretch and only most only focus on the front of the body. In short; it's not just fine, it's great that you don't feel pain but especially as you develop your training more make sure to keep stretching as it (along with proper form) will drastically reduce your risk of injury.

If you're doing stretching then it's fine, stretching helps prevent injuries and sore from muscles which usually comes from a full body workout. So if you're not feeling any sore it means your stretching it good!
