Anna, I LOVE every single workout video you do - you don't talk too much, all the workouts and trainers you work with PERFECTLY CUE EVERYTHING which is so huge and so many don't do it. And, best of all - no matter if it's a 5-minute workout you do or a 20, you kick my butt and feel it. A 20-minute workout is a luxury for me so I really appreciate the effectiveness!

I do this workout before I go on my treadmill. I went from 155lbs to 130 in 2 1/2 months and I’ve never felt so in shape and confident than I do now. So if you’re wondering, YES this really works and tones you unbelievably. Combine with eating healthy and you can’t go wrong.

they make these workouts look so easy, and then when I do it I feel like my knees are going to break lol but i love this channel... they are challenging but beginner friendly.

hehe loved this video! got to try new moves that werent hard. LOVE LOVE the tips you always give. theyre VERY helpful. especially when correcting placement/form because its hard to look at oneself while working out and its essential that the form is correct. thank you for the great videos. always looking forward to the next one!

I love working with Anna she is a good insentive for me and can modifive any workout and when I have been sick it is not too much so I don't over do and get sick again mainly in the winter months in Vermont love Anna's workouts they hit all body parts
