We like to think of this workout as a two-for-one! We're going to work your abs and arms with a bunch of multitasking moves that target both areas and more. If you're new to working out, don't worry. We offer beginner modifications for all the exercises throughout the video. Grab a set of dumbbells between five and 10 pounds, and get ready to feel the burn.

This is one of my favourites! I love your workouts, Anna! They actually work the crap out of me! Since I started watching what I eat and working out, I actually lost a lot of body fat and I appreciate your videos for that! Crazy how 20 min can make me breathe this hard!!

This seemed like a deceptively easy workout. The moves were fun and somewhat challenging! I have been doing Popsugar workouts 3-5x per week for the last four months and 2 days later my arms were still sore and I could feel my core when I laughed! I love Anna; she’s so fun and positive!

Thanks to your channel along with the other trainers who joined your fantastic videos, I finally lost 5 kg during these 2 months but it's just started! I'm currently doing this workout. This is my favorite workout! Arms and abs best combo ever! And Anna- you're my favorite :). A lot of instructors are all about how hot they are, and pretend they never make mistakes- but you're so sweet, so real, good, warm and friendly! I Love all of the exercises in this video and I love that you provided modification positions too so I can can switch if needed. The best part of this exercise video was the rotator cuff stretch. I have never done this rotator cuff stretch and it helped a lot as I have weak rotator cuffs. Thanks!

Sharon Reinheimer I used to do a lot of Jillian Michaels videos, and while I loved a lot about them, I did injure my rotator cuff. I think I spent so much time working my shoulders in one area but neglecting the rotator cuff area. I love that Ana focuses on this area on many of her workouts.

I do this every day! After 2 months the plank pushups weren't a problem anymore and I still get a lot out of it. I upped my weights from 5 lb weights to 10 lb in a month and am about to go up again. This works! I do add in at least 1 more strength training workout after and do both 5 days a week. This one is special, thank you!

"Try to get those pahlms to come together." Love Anna. This video was maybe not the most grueling one I've ever done on this channel, but it was still perfectly challenging. It was very much a workout in which you get out of it whatever you put in, especially if you really focus on form.
