I loved this even 5 months into my pregnancy i was able to keep up and push through with 10 lbs. I feel so great without being totally exhausted! I love anything with Anna in it!

Well said! I feel like there's been a lot of dance cardio, kickboxing type videos lately. I just want to use my weights and feel like I've been put through the military hahaha.

This workout is so perfect for me. I do it several times a week. A 20 minute workout is short enough that I am willing to get started (instead of just thinking about it), and then when I'm done I'll do another workout, but this one gets me all warm!

Love how different this workout was! I was shaking. Plus, I always love how popsugar gets your heart rate up during every workout, even if it isn’t cardio.

i love how you show 3 versions for modifications. this is so helpful. and the comment that some days we feel stronger than others so mods are super helpful to know!

Some people have commented that Astrid’s attitude inhibited their workouts…. This was not the case for me. These comments had me nervous and almost dreading this workout but I ended up loving it. Sometimes other instructors can be over the top bubbly and it gets annoying but just because Astrid isn’t like that doesn’t make her rude. The workout itself was wonderful and challenging. Saving it to add into my routine!

This was fantastic!! I try so many videos, and this arms/abs combo was perfect. Very doable for a beginner, but still feel like I got a great workout. 👌💜

I know Anna fakes the burn. I love that about her. When I first started on my journey, it made me felt welcome when I was struggling. Now that I’m stronger, I realize Anna is truly humble. I like Astrid as well but seriously, why act so pretentious?! Anna is strong, don’t act like she doesn’t know this is “popsugar fitness”. She should of got the hint and encourage Anna so that the viewers who are doing beginners will hear the encouragements. Anyways, Astrid is no doubt an awesome trainer! More of Astrid, and always more of Anna :)

Finally got cleared to work out after my C section in December.. Modifications worked great for my abs.. Lawd this core needs work though! Keep em comin!

This was good. Especially the arms part. I find standing abs never really does anything for me. But I love the arm sequence.

Just done this, as a post surgery workout. (laposcopy). Doing the easier version will help me build back up to the advanced options again. ☺️☺️☺️

On an 8 week restriction from abdominal surgery, too, and only two more weeks until I can work out again! I'm so itching to get back to PopSugar

This ended up being exactly what I wanted. kzbin.infoUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 I get the flexibility of multiple dumbbells without taking up the space of a whole set. I have a very small spare room that these and a bench fit perfectly into. Like others mentioned the size of these are a little bigger/longer than traditional weights so they aren’t the perfect solution for everyone. However, if you're looking for a flexible and space saving design for a home workout I’d recommend these.

Loved this one! Loved the arm and ab combo and the slight burn buildup! Wish there was a tad bit more stretching for the abs and a warm up but other than that loved it and will be dong it again!

Wow Devorah, what dumbbells did you use?! Also, is this class also suitable for men? I saw this video and started this lesson but it was really difficult 😞I could only manage with 1 lb dumbbells but my arms just completely gave up and I stopped around 7 minutes mark 😟I really wish I can be so strong, muscular, and empowered like everyone here!

@@rupinjeremiah9589 so I used two sets, five pounds and eight. And I'm pretty sure it's also suitable for men. Keep trying with small weights and move up, that is what I do. Wishing you all the best!!
