What great attention to detail does for the completed article! Super job again guys, patio and steps look really good. So pleased your customer showed his appreciation like that, must make a nice bonus for you and the team. I was going to say 'boys' but that does them an injustice - aren't they both doing well? Must make you a proud Dad Justin! As for the weather - well, that's what makes our 'Green and Pleasant Land' I guess! Thanks for the video Justin, keep safe all of you!

What size of gap is between tiles or shouldbe ? 7mm tiles spacers is ok, that's what recommended me in DIY shop. What grouts do you use ? The pressure washer is not gonna wash out grouts after a short time ? Big thumb on for ACO drainage connection. It's a good idea . I just done it old school way plenty cement and make concrete made that shape what I needed plus pipe from roof & couldn't find any adaptor pipe for this .

That is a really nice job you done for the customer, well done. That tiles used for the stair, were they just the 20mm tiles that was used for the patio. If so what was the overhang left at the front of each step and are you not concerned about the corners braking off on the very first step or are the tiles more durable that what i imagine?.. keep up the good work and the videos coming, the more i watch the more tips i seems to pick up.
@brickrightbuildinglandscaping11 ай бұрын
Thanks Derek i appreciate it .Same tiles on the tread of the steps .Brazilian slate on the risers .20mm overhang .Tiles wont crack porcelain is very very tough 👍👌

We're local and only just stumbled across your videos - they're great! Curious to know, do you need much of a fall with the patio if you want the rain to to flow properly to the aco/french drains and not pool? thanks
@brickrightbuildinglandscaping10 ай бұрын
Thanks . Usually if you lay the paving so on the spirit level the bubble is in the line thats normally enough so the water can drain away 👍

@brickrightbuildinglandscaping10 ай бұрын
Thanks Dan. Same answer for both questions. It all depends on the weather. In hotter weather both products set quicker . So you cant put an exact time on when to preasure wash its weather dependent Dan 👍
