Why is this your only video? I want more drum covers!! This was a hell of a choice for a song to do as your only youtube cover. Great song, and great drum part. You obviously put a lot of work into it, tuning your drums specifically for the song and ironing it all out. Even your kit is set up almost exactly like GH's, minus a few splashes. My band asked to play this song so I've been practicing the drum part for months. It's a great challenge, but I'm almost there. When I can play it as well as you can, I'll know I have it down. Incredible work, sir. I hope you keep playing for the rest of your life. Bravo!

I haven't uploaded more covers because I've been studying other drum things from diferent drummers, instructional videos and all that stuff... besides, like you say, takes a long time learning and practice a song and I am very strict with me when I do, but I'll upload another short cover in a few weeks, I've been thinking to play a Benny greb song or some opeth song maybe, but no another cover of almost 20 minutes again xD. I hope you play for life too and upload your band cover of the song.

Only thing i can complain is that we cant hear bass drum as much as we need to. Your effort is amazing and you took liberty and played with the attacks. Respect, 9.9/10

@@burakbeyhan3186 Thanks! and yes, it doesn't sound too loud because I recorded the cover using only the camera mic (zoom q3). That's why the hihats sound louder too because they are just in front of it. I couldn't make the original song louder for the same reason. But 9.9 is a good score, I like it :)

OK, I am very late to the Party, but I had to comment! I don't know wether I am inspired or discouraged as a beginning drummer in my mid 40s, but that was just a great performance and I a lot of fun (and awe) watching your video! Got to see GH himself play this song (one of my absolute favourites) live last year with a perfect view of his drumset and him. You really captured the sound and energy of Anesthetize!
