Oh this is a wonderful dish!!! My mom and grandma made this on special occasions. This is not sold at restaurants or take out because it’s labour intensive ,so sad I haven’t eaten this in years because I never learnt how to cook this delicious dish. I just discovered your channel today and I am going through your videos. I subscribed immediately when I saw some of your traditional dishes . Thank you very much for sharing so many memorable recipes ! I will cook this over Christmas and surprise my brothers ….😊 they haven’t eaten this in years …it will bring joy as we fondly remember our parents and grandparents. It will make our passed family smile in heaven knowing I am trying now to recreate dishes iconic to our Hakka traditions. What kind of glass bowl did you use? Pyrex?
