at 17:12 I found a glitch in the Nintendo switch version of portal 2 where if you walked into the glass box's walls while it was in motion you could clip through it. not sure if it works on PC though haven't tried it yet. although I'm pretty sure what you did was a form of the glitch. I should say it's been about a year so it might not work now. and it has to be done at an angle not an exact one though just an angle. But feel free to try this on any versions you have on your hands.

So I have played up to the wheatley boss fight in this Splatoon mod and just letting you know. DONT SCROLL UP ON THE MOUSE WHEEL. If you do you will be stuck in zoom mode for a duration of time (This does go on till other chambers) If you move it goes away if not you stay zoomed. That's a bug I discovered.

Correct me if I am wrong here, but could the first 4 portals be avoided? 1&2 by swimming up the walls, clipping through the glass (you seem to go up a little bit after leaving it 3&4 by using the gel to redirect the laser

For 3 & 4, the laser hits the wall head-on, meaning it would be reflected directly back where it came from, so I'm pretty sure ink would be useless.

Would it be doable if the gels maintained their properties when swiming, fast gel makes you fast, bounce gel makes you jump harder (maybe make it jump strength in proportion to speed, and in the reverse, makes the maximum speed a multiple of the the speed you dove into the fast gel, so you can combo)? And what if you got white gel too, and it allow you to teleport to any white-gel surface you can see, and if you're holding the jump button when you dive, you bounce off at the same speed you went in and at the same angle you went (not backwards, but like light on mirror), and you didn't had portals, just the 3 gels (maybe white would be when you click both left and right mouse buttons at once) ? Would this make things too easy? Would it still need portals for certain sections? What if you could also ride on the blobs before they splat for the sections you can't paint?

Something I would want to do in the future would be to have a mod that changes one of the gels (perferably either conversion or reflection) to be able to attract the player, physics objects, and gel particles from a distance (though not being strong enough to outright stick objects to the wall, as that's adhesion gel's thing). A simple approach I thought of would be to spawn point_pushes with negative force where the 'magnetic' gel is. you did some modding on the gels to get this mod to work, would you be able to know if that would even be possible?
