This is the best golf swing video I have seen on youtube so far. BTW I dont watch any other channels anymore. It describes the slot position and the Porzak swing very well. Also has alot of good drills to get the feel down.

Adam. Every time I watch your thoughts and ideas, I get a much better picture of your instruction method. I tried Golf tec for a while but it was way too complex vs keep it simple .

Excellent drill. Keeps right arm from taking over swing. Elegant articulation of what he's trying to accomplish.

Wow! This feel has helped me to stop reaching in the backswing, and feeling connected as one unit in the downswing! Love it, new drill for me!

I have something that I would like you to try and tell me what you think,You know when you talk about the forward bump well I have tried putting with my majority of weight on my forward leg with the ball off my in front of my forward foot with great success I have never putted better please try this and tell what you think .

Amazing this was my problem I was dealing with this weekend. I felt I was pushing the ball not swing down at the ball. My ball flight was more of a lot line drive rather up in the air! I couldn’t figure out what I was doing wrong.

Wider and out in front gotta practice this. I definitely have disappearing arms I think it causes me to cast a little

No doubt it will cause you to cast! That is your athletic response to being out of positon and improper sequence.

Adam I have learned a lot in the last month watching your videos! Today I hit my driver and fairway woods great but my irons were all pull hooked to the left. Any ideas with small amount of detail?
@PorzakGolf
@PorzakGolf Жыл бұрын
Hey Al. For most golfers with exaggerated draw shots, it’s due to flipping the club which will close the face earlier. For irons what you can try is adding more shaft lean in impact. Try this video here kzbin.info/www/bejne/hIO4eWV9pLF4opo

Great video. This is one of my go to drills. I always feel if my trail elbow is working correctly it takes care of my wrist hinge naturally. Ps. This kid swing is so pure!

Great video ..it feels like the club fade is close when I take it back , is that correct ?
@PorzakGolf
@PorzakGolf Жыл бұрын
Hey Vinh. Yes the club should have more of a closed face rather than toe up! Then once you get the set position, feel like the butt of the club is facing at or just in side the ball!

@Porzak Golf Would there be any problem with feeling (right-handed golfer) where the trail arm tricep is attached to the right side rib cage when taking the club back. Besides the on-plane example you had in the beginning of the video. Perhaps the exaggerate above will help train the trail arm to maintain a better angle on plane during backswing. Thoughts?
@PorzakGolf
@PorzakGolf Жыл бұрын
Hey Sparky! Pinning the right tricep against the body might restrict your movement in the backswing because there is naturally space between the body and tricep. Instead use a hybrid head cover under the front of the right armpit to simulate connection but still give you the ample amount of space. Try this out and let us know how it feels! 🙌🏽

@@PorzakGolf Hi Adam, Thanks so much for the advice. For me I think I let my trail arm flail out too chicken-like in the backswing and I lose my triangle. So I guess my thought was to exaggerate it a bit in some practice take-backs. But I'll try the hybrid headcover. Though it'll likely fall out! haha Damn. I wish you were here in Tokyo. I'd be going to you for lessons immediately!

I know ypu always teach this for trail elbow in, but what about those you natural match up with a weaker trail hand grip. The match up for a "cover" type golfer I think they call them.
