I hope both of you feel better. I removed him from my life, and I feel so much better, lighter, and I’m excited about my life and making plans that align with my dream life. It got better when I stopped trying to fight the grief and detachment that comes with releasing him and choosing me and my peace and happiness. You deserve a harmonious life and it’s possible. Sending yall love 🤍

I am leaving a DV narc situation right now. With nothing but what I can carry & I’m very chronically ill at 59. I’m breaking free but scared. Please pray for me and my adult children, one of which is dependent on me for everything due severe illness. 🙏🏼🙏🏼

The messages are valuable. Wish there was a much longer pause to Repeat the affirmation back more slowly for greater impact and to Allow me a few extra seconds to absorb tje meaning of each affirmation

kath hi, can you read these affirmations and let me now if they feel like they would be helpful for you, and something you could read daily to help: "I release the need to rescue others, understanding that it drains my emotional energy and hinders their personal growth." "I am worthy of a balanced and fulfilling life, and constantly rescuing others is not a sustainable or healthy path for me." "I acknowledge that being a rescuer often leads to feelings of rejection and being unappreciated. I choose to prioritize my own well-being." "I let go of the belief that my value is solely determined by how much I do for others. I am valuable simply for being myself." "I am not responsible for fixing everyone's problems. I trust in their ability to handle their challenges and learn from their experiences." "Setting boundaries is an act of self-love. I am determined to set and enforce healthy boundaries to protect my emotional well-being." "I release the need for external validation through constant rescuing. My worth is not defined by how much I do for others." "I am deserving of time for self-care and personal growth. Constantly rescuing others takes away from my own needs and aspirations." "I choose to break free from the rescuer role, knowing that it fosters dependence and hinders the development of personal responsibility." "I am empowered to create balanced and authentic relationships. This begins by letting go of the rescuer role and embracing healthy interdependence." "I take time each day to tune into my own needs and feelings." "I allow others to have their own experiences and learn their own lessons." "I forgive myself for overextending myself or neglecting my needs in the past." "I release any guilt associated with focusing on my wellbeing." "I trust in my ability to create reciprocal, balanced relationships." "I act from a place of wholeness and self-love, not from a place of lack or deficiency." "I value my needs and priorities as much as I value others'." "My energy and time are precious resources that I can allocate as I choose." "I am open to receiving love, care and support from others."

Slow down speed to 75 if needed. I prefer it. Find it in the settings wheel/cog in upper right hand corner during any video. ❤ Slow down and breathe. 😊

And it pairs nicely with relaxation videos like this. I put them on TV with this on my phone. Perfect relaxation ambience. kzbin.info/www/bejne/iKiqhXeKea59pqssi=wEBA8M-fK7-B_Axx

I am so scared of affirmations because a person used them to promote magical thinking. My narcissists all live in denial.

All narcissists live in denial. That's what makes them who they are. Use these affirmations. They're wonderful for healing, and you can track your healing by how much you believe them. I'm starting to check more of them off as I heal more.
