Similar to your toes stretch: On to your knees and tuck under the toes, sit back on the heels to stretch the sole of the feet and of course the toes It is intense, but you can bend forwards to release a bit of pressure. I got this from Cat Meffan: kzbin.info/www/bejne/ponElqdod8mqjZo

Thank you! This is a perfect short combo of some of my favourites. I also do yoga (mostly hot yoga), but after run I never have the patience to do a whole yoga session.

the only streches i don is when i bend over to loosen my shoeslaces... No need to complicate things - it is just running.

So many stretches :) Its a good video. I would also be really interested to see a video where we can maybe follow a long with a 5-10 minute post stretch workout.

Underrated video.. helped me a lot! I am someone who has recently started running and was struggling with recovery. These stretches helped a lot! Thanks😊

Great stuff, really helpful, thank you. Just be great if you did all the 30 second stretches as well, so I could follow along, instead of constantly having to pause and restart the video in between each stretch and sometimes re-connect to airplay as it’s paused for too long.

I love watching you guys explaining, so detailed, thanks, I would love in this kind of videos seeing you more doing the actual move though, just to copy some technique

Thanks Heather. A great selection of stretches. Just what I have been wondering about. I know I will be able to find one stretch for each muscle group. At 66 I need all the flexibility I can keep.👍

Wonderful stuff! (Well, no surprise.) The best thing for me right now was the length of the video! Long enough to do a thorough stretching after a big bike session. I feel much better now :)

Thank you so much - this could be really good for me. Is there an ideal time that I should wait (once I've stopped running), before I do these?
@denverdean26634 жыл бұрын
Ideally after you catch your breath, do these stretches immediately. That way your muscles are still warm and primed for stretching. Good luck mate

Please be careful with the thoracic stretches as the lower back is designed more for stability than flexibility so listen to your body and don’t force things
