Shane can you make another video on how to find motivation to grind and work hard as a fighter? I have a hard time finding motivation. I'll always tell myself I'm going to workout, but when it finally happens I just don't do anything. I used to be so fit and athletic, but after I broke my nuckle 3 times in the same area I couldn't workout for a month and a half. And now I'm no where near as athletic as I used to be. So if you can I would really appreciate it. Thanks and have a nice day.

Hey Shane, if I want to get into the competitive boxing and start sparring and my punches are looking good, fast, and hard should I ask my coach if I should try sparring or no because I get the vibe that my gym is to help people lose weight and not train competitive boxers
@florencecunningham82166 жыл бұрын
U should try sparring as soon as possible maybe just lower intensity it's great to see what your skill is like l even recommend sparring a more advanced fighter its a great learning experience.
