Jessica, thanks for all videos!!! Your are doing truly amazing work helping us. I watched your prenatal videos and with God’s help and your exercises gave birth to a baby girl last October. The delivery took literally a couple of hours. I never thought that exercises can do such a big difference. This was my third birth. THANK YOU! Now I am watching postpartum exercises to get back my body I had before the pregnancy. Thank you being with us!

The baby hasn’t been sleeping so at her nap time today I went outside in the humidity and did this and it was that much more amazing. Thank you 🙏🏼

Thank you for your organized workouts! My biggest challenge with exercise is figuring out what to do. There’s so much out there it’s overwhelming but these challenges help me stay focused thank you!

Phew-- I've been doing Jessica's PP workouts for 3 weeks now and this was easily the HARDEST one so far. But I'm so grateful I showed up and did it! Now for a cold shower ;)

Love this and the new moves you’re introducing! Definitely a challenge. I’m wondering what’s a good expectation to get my core tight again doing only 20 minutes a day?

It all depends on where you are starting from and how far out postpartum you are (if you start after clearance it will be easier than if you wait a year) but I would hope that each week you start to see more and more results. It may be slight the first could weeks, but by 3-4 weeks you can start feeling stronger/tighter and seeing some toning. If you aren’t getting the results then I would recommend a pelvic floor Physio to see if something else is going on and to evaluate the effectiveness of your movements 💞

Did it again and it's awesome! Just a quick question. How is the posterior tilt incorporated into some of the all fours exercises like the rainbow legs, donkey kick, etc? I tried to incorporate it to engage my core better since I have DR, but then it made the actual exercise not feel correct. Thank you!

Yay! Definitely enough to see results! Especially if you really bring intensity 💦 of course with longer you can get even more results, but it’s about finding what is reasonable and sustainable in your life (at this time) 💞

Great workout, but WAY too many ads right when the 40 seconds would start. Very discouraging to stop when just getting into position.
