In this video, I discuss a very simple yet challenging exercise to incorporate into your postpartum core routine to strengthen your transverse abdominis and teach your body awareness about your rib cage and pelvis.
The key to this exercise is hinging at your hips. You do not want to tuck your pelvis or flare your rib cage.
