This is the perfect stretch after any upper body training day!! We are going to work through several stretches in the neck, shoulders, chest, upper back, arms, and wrists! This stretch will help reduce muscle soreness after any upper body workout and also increase flexibility and releive stiffness in your neck, upper back and shoulders. You are going to feel relaxed and amazing after this quick 10 minutes!
I am so glad you joined me for this upper body stretch! It's always better to stretch with a friend!

Literally SO GLAD you added that little “I’m so glad you took the time to do this” message at the end cuz I’m honestly so bad with stretching, I always tell myself I’ll do it, but then I don’t bother and just take like 2 minutes instead of doing it properly… really not a fan of winding down and stretching so I’m thankful for the encouraging words 😂😂

Watching this video every time after gym and I needed to do it about 100 times to realize that in the background on the sofa is a real pug, not a pillow

Was glad to do this during my rest day after some punishing upper body workouts, makes the soreness worse at first, but it'll help loosen you up and prepare you for the next day of exercise later.

I so needed something like this especially after that upper body strength workout for 40 minutes we did today that killed may arms but oh in a good way! After this video .. I can assure you that stretching is not “Blah” and truly important !!🎉 I did an arm and back workout the other day and I woke up stiff and I couldn’t raise my hand to tie my hair .. I did this video once ONCE and it’s all gone ! THANK YOU ❤🎉

While I was stretching my body was shaking I think for the stretching was longer than 20 sec like I wanted it Stop but I felt little pain. Thank you for stretch video.

Something I wanted to add as a little tip for this…if you’re not feeling that tricep stretch, DROP your shoulders (literally imagine yourself pushing down on them) and push your elbow away from the back of your head. I wasn’t feeling the stretch at first, but then after doing this ^^ I was feeling the stretch where I was supposed to lol

This is my favorite upper body stretch routine! I tend to have neck tightness, especially after upper body workouts, but I started doing this stretch after UB workouts and it has been much better! Thanks s much! Have you thought about doing a similar lower body stretch?

great! I've been doin this every morning for a month now after getting up, it feels great but still a voice in me started to wonder - there's no reason (healthwise) NOT to do this as a morning wake up instead of post-workout, right? it feels good and helps me get rid of morning stiffness(side-sleeper^^)
