Anyone else instantly go to fix their posture just watching this because you know you're slouching and hanging your head off your hand? Must work on my posture and not hang on my hinges!

As someone with tendinosis and bursitis caused by shoulder impingement syndrome I really appreciate these videos. I get all of this info from my amazing pain management team but obviously not everyone can afford medical care and seeing doctors multiple times a week. The importance of posture and it's connection to health is not emphasized enough in mainstream education and media. If this prevents even one person from experience the level of chronic pain I've dealt with the past 2 years, I am satisfied. So from the bottom of my heart, Thank You! ❤️

um I've been having a lot of neck pain while studying and I tried some exercises too but they didn't effect my pain that much what tips would you suggest for this?

She has got an igtv on insta for neck pain and headaches. if you haven't checked that out I highly recommend. It helped me heaps after I started getting bad neck pain and headaches from being hunched over.

Pls, do the posture while reading, studying, writing and similar... I believe many of us have that problem and a hunch on neck because of that 😏

When I was studying for my math exams in year 11 I had severe back pain, because I was always hunched over doing tests and writing notes. I had back spasms and when to the physio a few times. I smelled like back cream during my exam...it was awful! Now I try to mix up where I study and work and try not stay in the same position for too long (or get up for walks or stretches if I have been there for a while). She will have lots of better tips, but I hope some of these help.

Hi there, my Dr. told me the difference is minimal - whether you do something or you don't. 18 months is the verdict, so I am on month 8. It's in thawing stage, but far from full range. I was just wondering how to go around it in trying to stay active.

I´m 26, I use my sewing machine at home at my desk, I sew like 5 hrs a day and lately my shoulders, neck and low back start to hurt, I hope you can make a video of how can I have a correct posture of my whole body to prevent the pain.
