This vid was in my favorites from years ago so I thought I'd share my experience: I suffered with forward head posture for more than a decade due to line work. Even serious neck training didn't help me a whole lot but watching television from a bean bag chair with my head craned upwards solved my problem in less than a week. Good luck to others with this problem.

Can you detail a bit more please?

@@encianhoratiu5301 You want the television affixed to the wall towards the ceiling. With the neck craned about 45 degrees upwards. I found this lended strength and endurance to the imbalanced areas in my neck. You can set up the same posture while reading, or using the computer, etc.

your a doc like a real doc, md? Looks like a real doc to me the way you talk etc. The reason for stepping to the side to do the training of separating the hands with band of rubber, is that cause this way you provoke the body to realise that it need to reorganise in order to anatomically correct do the exercise?

when focus on realxing, body will naturally find its natural way to do this permanently. nothing good comes out of force or friction or laxness, instead relaxing, like as in a movement, which it is, a movement, relaxing, something to do and not some to be without engagement, is nessesary.
