Get a bed study table, it's like 10$ on amazon. She mentioned it as a breakfast in bed table.

Just don't put the laptop on top of a pillow, it will overheat
@mrbawls87364 жыл бұрын
@@carkod you can put a flat board or rectangular box above the pillow and put the laptop in there , it gives you much more height and decreases the chances of overheating and neck pain

great video I feel the cross legged position really takes a lot of pressure off my back the only problem is I am not that flexible an it is quite painful on my lower legs specifically around the ankles any advice? thanks
@physiochoicealbanycreek43945 жыл бұрын
You could try popping a pillow under your butt Mark . This will raise you up and reduce the pressure on your ankles.

Hello, thanks for the video! Recently, I've been having constant neck pain, which has caused me constant headaches. Ive started to figure out that when I sit on the laptop in my bed like that, it might be causing me back headaches that start out towards my neck and end up getting worse. When I use the TV, I mostly use it laying down in the bed. When I do this, my neck seems to curl forward more than I ever thought it would. Could this be causing me neck pain and headaches? Thank you so much

Nice to see a professional that isn't just "Never do that" or rather "If you need do to that, here is how to do it". But what about an adjustable bed instead?
