This is how I make my delicious homemade, tender, succulent, Pot Roast with Brown Gravy and Vegetables. I use white potatoes, carrots and celery to compliment this big Chuck Roast. The gravy is brown and luscious. This decadent dish will satisfy your appetite for a tender beef dinner. With a side of my rice , this meal is as appetizing as it comes. Comfort food at its best and made in the slow cooker (Crock Pot). You just can't go wrong with that. Enjoy.

MY TENDER POT ROAST WITH BROWN GRAVY AND VEGETABLES
INGREDIENTS:
3.5 to 4 lb. Chuck Roast
Ground Black Pepper
1 tbsp all-purpose seasoning: BADIA COMPLETE SEASONING 6OZ: amzn.to/42m2UmF
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp. onion powder
1 tbsp garlic salt - I use LAWRY’S GARLIC SALT: amzn.to/3Nbuyws
1/4 cup canola oil (or enough to almost cover the bottom of the pan)
1 cup all-purpose flour (I use Gold Medal, but Pillsbury is great too)
1/2 large yellow onion, finely chopped
3 large grated garlic cloves

3 cups of filtered water
A few dashes of MAGGI LIQUID SEASONING: amzn.to/3pcKtT0
1 pack of Lipton Recipe Secrets Onion Mushroom Soup Mix
2 cups of filtered water
1 pack of Lipton Recipe Secrets Beefy Onion Soup Mix
4 large white potatoes, peeled and cut in half
3 large carrots, peeled and cut into thirds and then in half
2 stalks of celery, cut in thirds
