But he probably has to cuz he knows loosers also have low esteem and are too insecure to learn from great men . Loosers hang with loosers for a reason , making the same blunders in their comfort zone with each other .

Several years ago when I was first diagnosed as a T2D(before my knowledge of Keto) I learned early on the proper way to track my glucose levels after a meal. I found that I could eat chips(corn) and salsa, a large Mich Ultra beer and chicken wings and my blood glucose would barely go up at all. So for me, glucose wise, my body handled corn chips fairly well. Of course once I became aware of nutritional Keto I cut out the bad stuff.

@dimples I had a friend recommend Berg's book. I read it over a weekend and then researched for 2 weeks including his and other videos. Jumped all in. I had been diagnosed with chronic fatigue. Within 4 days, my energy started spiking. I've had numerous other benefits that I never expected and lost 70 pounds in the first 8 months. To put it in perspective, I HATE doing dishes and hubby did them for 9 years. He was also the cleaner at home. I called him my house husband. I now have so much energy that I am the one doing dishes and the cleaning. Went from a size 20 to a current size 10, still losing. Alarm goes off and I am fully awake in 30 seconds where it used to take 1/2 hour and coffee. Focus is phenomenal and where I couldn't remember what I had for dinner last night, I remember the smallest things and no longer make lists to remind myself.
