Potatoes with eggs and broccoli! Quick, easy and delicious potato recipe

Ingredients:
Onion.
Butter, oil for frying.
1 potato.
Salt pepper.
300g broccoli.
3 chicken eggs.
120 g hard cheese.
Fry the onion for 1-2 minutes, add the potatoes and fry for 10 minutes. Cook broccoli in salted water for 3 minutes. Beat 3 eggs, add salt and pepper, broccoli and potatoes and 100 g grated cheese. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Fry over low heat for 10 minutes.
