Hello, can you think of any reason why the BMS won't reset without having all connections removed? For whatever reason if I discharge to the point of the BMS kicking off I have to remove everything and just hook up the charger. Super annoying.

Your discharge test stops too soon at 11.5VDC, that is why your measured capacity is low. PowerSonic datasheet spec discharge to 10VDC.
