Boxing for Strength Workout 2 | Power and speed
KZbin, what we doing today is fighting through this Boxing for Strength Workout Power and speed workout 2. In todays boxing workout expect more space between boxing combos and coaching on when to throw power and speed during your 5 minute rounds.
I demonstrate each boxing combo before each round and give you tougher strength exercise options to work through rest periods.
The final round has a strength and mental toughness challenge that will push you to your boxing and strength limits. In the comments tell me and the Nate bower fitness and the crew how you did.

HOLY MOLY, Nate!!! When I first saw boxing for strength workout 1 I thought, "This won't be much of a cardio challenge" and was I so very wrong. Now just finishing workout 2 and my goodness that was an absolute killer for strength and endurance. I loved the core work, especially the bridge walkouts and plank to pushup finisher. I also find that I'm moving more because of the 5-8 second rep tempo. Amazing stuff, thank you 🙌💪🥊

Just started boxing. I can barley make it past 3 minutes 1-1-2 , but i am enjoying it much !

Stick with it and you will gain incredible stamina and progress quickly.
