KZbin, what we doing today is fighting through this Boxing for Strength Workout Power and speed workout 2. In todays boxing workout expect more space between boxing combos and coaching on when to throw power and speed during your 5 minute rounds.
I demonstrate each boxing combo before each round and give you tougher strength exercise options to work through rest periods.
