Hi Dee, it’s not necessary to change the temperature. Adjust the time in basket 2, and cook longer or shorter. Refer to page 9 in your duel-air fryer manual for cooking times.

You never showed how to get the second basket to cook when the chicken done does the second basket start automatically how do you set it the second basket to just do fried separate from the chicken

No need to change the temperature on both sides. I think the temperature is held constant for safety and consistency. However, an updated version with two temperature gauges would be ideal.

Power XL can’t be happy with this! You totally skipped over how to utilize the second basket. I was stunned. Sorry.

Hi Rod, I apologize. Set the temperature and time in basket one, then adjust the time only to cook in basket 2. For example, set chicken on 375 and 40 minutes in basket 1 and French fries on 375 and 15 minutes in basket 2. Remember no need to adjust the temperature in basket 2, only the time. Please refer to page 9 in the user’s manual for additional assistance. Hope that helps!
