Thanks Travis for another awesome practice. This one was especially challenging. It is in not trying that we failed. I am not there yet but in trying I am one step ahead. In my mind I did ok. I finished. I might own it one day but not today. I accepted. Much love to you. Not easy to teach & do the pose at the same time. 👍

hello, the pose in kneeling position with one leg straight, i couldnt make the leg straight amd tpuch the ground with me toes at the same time.... what is the solution? bend the knee in order to touch the floor with toes, or keep the knee straight but lift up the toes? thank you!

I usually don't leave neg comments, especially to teachers who know A TON more than I do. But I'm so disappointed from these all month series... WTP in doing mountain climbers, 'fitness yoga' (aka sculpting moves) in a yoga class ? You do fitness to have fun and sweat through pushing yourself, while you do yoga to experience the moving meditation (even through challenging poses). I clicked on this vid bc parsva bakasana on the thumbnail was appealing to me, but it was the only interesting pose. Doing tons of chaturangas / transitions from W2 to reverse W then low lunge then vinyasa, isn't interesting to me (even with some ardha chandrasana sparkles) ; I was expecting so much more from you : some fun poses like sirsasana, mayurasana, pincha, even a simple bird of paradise, or even ardha matsyendrasana...but no, nothing funny. I was working my a** off at work to make money, in order to be able to afford November Yosemite retreat, now I understand it's a bad idea. Much wealth, much health Travis, but I'm leaving RN, sorry.
