Raf, your skills are amazing and Sasha is the most supportive partner that anyone could hope for. Amazing engineering on that solar/dingy arch! It’s very well constructed and I hope you made the plans available for others with similar boats. This episode was so much fun to watch. I had a smile for most of the video, especially during the wiring portion. It actually made me laugh out loud. Looks like you guys know how to make work a little less work and more fun! The stripper pole was exactly what I would expect from you guys (it’s really a compliment). You two are perfect for each other. Can’t wait for the next chapter.

I'm glad I found your channel a couple weeks ago, I'm enjoying ever episode. Great chemistry between you two, and love your slight innuendo's and cartoon with the stainless pole, I have a dream.... great to laugh, I am amazed by your attention to detail, it is so hard to take the countless amount of measurements complex angles, transfer them to a plywood template, and transport the template to the fabricator, and then have the fabricator build a work of art that exactly fits your boat. "Great team"... The solar array should give you all the power you need to travel as far as you want, and I think if there was an ultimate award you should receive the MacGyver award. Looking forward to may more adventures. And I hope that your family finds your dog soon.

I was always taught that if your boat is cored and you are mounting something heavy duty with backing plate to drill a larger hole then fill it with epoxy. After dry drill your smaller hole through the epoxy. That way when you sandwich with the backing plate you don’t crack or smash the fiberglass when tightening. You have a ton of mounting spots so I’m sure you don’t have to tighten it that hard.

Don't forget about all those less than perfect sunny days. You should still have enough power though. Also remember that the watermaker absolutely kills the power in your batteries. Mine takes about 4kw to fill the 100 gallon tank. I also have 2 refrigerators that seem to suck up a lot of power also. One is a 120 volt unit so the inverter runs 24/7. I am also going to have that much power this coming season and am planning on another 600 amps of batteries to make a total of about 1300 amps. This combines with 2x140 amp alternators should keep us with all the power we need. It being a motor cruiser runs those alternators quite often. We fell short a couple of times with one alternator down and only having 700 amps of batteries currently. Great job on all that you are doing. Love your setups all around the boat and all are very well thought out and executed.
