Just so you know I am very young and my parents don't want me to do very lower reps deadlifting, and I want to add allot of weight to my deadlift, what rep range should I use for good strength gains but not that low in reps.

How do I get out of plateaus especially for squats I’ve been doing the same weight for 2 and a half months and it feels terrible

Is it bad to train 2 days a row with high intensity like for example if I do heavy deadlifts today and then tomorrow do heavy squats or heavy bench press would that be a bad idea
@DotanGorelov8 ай бұрын
you can do heavy squat and bench or heavy deadlift and bench back to back but heavy deadlift and squat can be iffy unless you do them on the same day to prep for a comp

Why do powerlifts in lower weight classes do sumo or just people who are leaner in powerlifting?
@DotanGorelov8 ай бұрын
sumo favours smaller shorter people and usually lower weight classes=shorter

I dont personally care about atheltisicm at the moment so doesnt bother me. But I can do bodyweight calisthenics as a powerlifter, as in I can lift my own bodyweight without any weights or equipment and thats what actually matters to me.

what's a good price range for powerlifting coaching
@DotanGorelov8 ай бұрын
it’s pretty expensive in most cases tbh… some people charged in the thousands just for a month or two others will go down to the hundreds
