Use a basin to soak an old bedsheet in this mixture until saturated. Remove, hang OUTSIDE, let dry completely (at least 24 hours) and you will have a soft, pliable, waterproof tarp or cover.

Same as tire dressing for vehicle tires. Silicone and solvent is solvent based tire dressing. Armorall is water based tire dressing.
