complement people and they usually get freaked out by it. In my personal experience, complimenting others is generally a bad idea. Regarding warmth and ones proximity to another, I find that in general, most people tend to move away when you start getting too close. They don't like closeness.

A义El ッ ayawan because people typically only offer explainations or explanatory phrasing with people they trust at a fundemental level. Implicit trust can bring down barriers because people assume because you trust them that they should trust you. This works best with a request of course.

I am thankful for the Earth, for the simple and complex wisdom of nature, for the beauty and uniqueness of all the creatures and plants that live here. I am thankful for the natural phenomenon of rain, snow, and thunderstorms. I appreciate the meaning behind the things that the weather around us does. If there are any environmentalists out there, people who live being mindful to curb the creation pollution as much as possible, I am thankful that in reading this message they would know my emotional thanks for them. Even the effect of making sure to recycle everything that can be (rinsing all containers of food debris and putting them in the commingled recycling bin) and turning off appliance/unplugging chargers when not in use has a great impact over time. I am thankful that it is never too late to begin reducing pollution (as you are reading I ask that you stop now and take the time to turn something off, I just turned off an air purifier and a light.) This is perhaps the most meaningful prayer or meditation because it causes a very real feeling of adding to or at least not diminishing the wholesome green energy of the planet which rejuvenates on its own. When we take the time to appreciate the energy and show sincerity by even taking steps to preserve it we make that earth energy stronger and remove the artificial sense of separation that we sometimes have in regards to our own daily life and nature as a whole on the planet, and even beyond. I am grateful for the exponential effect this message can have if every reads it and takes the time to turn one or two things off in their home as they do. I thank the universe in advance because I know its intention will manifest. The simplicity and ease of its design is wise. Thank you for reading!

Bros, i love the content from both of you but you got such different styles of making videos and i gotta say they don't really fit together :( if you would consider making some more content i would like you to listen to this: how about having Alpha explain the stuff with his words whilst practical psychology animates the stuff on the other half of the screen to make it more memorable. With this the videos get more informative and more relatable as you have body language and animation side by side. And if you, practical psychology, want to speak some stuff aswell, make it the parts that don't need that much body language. I think if you adress this, such collabs may "go from a 4 to a 9" as Alpha would say..
