2002 മുതൽ ഞാൻ പ്രമേഹവുമായി മത്സരിയ്ക്കുന്നു. പലരും നല്ല ഭക്ഷണ ശീലങ്ങൾ പറഞ്ഞു തന്നിട്ടുണ്ട്. എന്നാൽ ഇപ്പറഞ്ഞത് എനിയ്ക്ക് ഏറ്റവും convincing ആയി തോന്നുന്നു. എന്തോ, എനിയ്ക്ക് കഴിയ്ക്കാൻ കൊള്ളാവുന്നതും സാധിയ്ക്കുന്നതും തന്നെ ആണെന്ന് തോന്നുന്നു. ഇങ്ങനെയാണ് വേണ്ടതെന്ന് എങ്ങനെയോ മനസ്‌ഡിലാകുന്നു. എന്റെ സ്വന്തം ഡോക്ടറാണ് പറഞ്ഞതെന്ന് തോന്നുന്നു. വളരെ നന്ദി!

Thank you doctor I have started to put 10 to 12 fenugreek seeds along with mustard seeds everytime i season my curry. Also i mix 1/4th spoon fenugreek powder along with wheat flour everyday when i kneed flour for making chapati. Am i overdoing it?? Please advice me.
