Why bother with chakra meditation if chakras are always activated? I think Poonam means to balance the chakras? I have come across people talking about chakra activation in alot of places

Doing the last exercise I get extremely light headed and dizzy. I've noticed that if I simply hold my breath during this exercise (without puffing out my cheeks and stomach) I get only slightly dizzy. However, if as I hold the breath, I puff/expand my mouth and belly, the dizziness is so severe that I can't proceed with the exercise (or else I will pass out). Could you offer some explanation for why this is happening and perhaps advise on how I might overcome this? Thank you very much for your teaching. I'm so grateful.

Can you make a video of pranaya exercises that old people with open heart surgery and low lung capacity can do to increase blood circulation and lung strength? I read some pranaya exercises are dangerous for people with open heart surgeries and it’s so confusing with no proper information on it.

Same here. I had to sit down immediately. I tried doing the last practice kneeling instead of standing (for safety in case I passed out) and I still felt incredibly dizzy and light headed and was unable to continue.
