For hypothyroidism take magnesium glicinate, zinc citrate and selenium. Also make sure your Iron levels are good and get a lot of sunlight.

@pranali56432 you must take supplements as nowadays the soil is depleted of these minerals. I take vegan magnesium, Zinc, iron, selenium, vitamin B 12, vegan D3+K2. All these are available on Amazon in Vegan. Nature's way is the best brand magnesium gycinate and Zinc.

@pranali56432 and also take all these vitamins and minerals at different times. Example do not take Selenium with Zinc. Do not take vitamin B 12 with iron. Take iron with orange juice but take vitamin B12 with water as it is water soluble. You can Google which vitamins should not be taken together. This is the reason a multi vitamin tablets are bad. Also make sure you are taking vitamin B 12 in Methyl form not the Cyano form.

🙏🏾 Om Shri Gurubhyo Namaha 🙏🏾 Guruji Sadar Pranam 🙏🏾 I have been practicing Nadi Shodana in Padma Asana daily. I also practice Vajrasana after every meal . I can comfortably sit in Padma Asana for more than 30 minutes without any support. I can comfortably sit in Siddhasna for hours. While I practice YOG as per your guidelines, I eat foods as per Padma Shri Dr Khader Valli Ji. I am very healthy and therefore I am honestly happy. I have learnt it all only through your KZbin videos only. My sincere Thanks to you Guruji 🙏🏾😊

One more most imp Pranayam...It is called Kantak Pranayam specifically done to cure thyroid. My Guru Asahramji bapu taught us. Have seen a woman cured her thyroid permanently by doing this Pranayam

I grew up with thyroid disfunction. I have a rare decease where the thyroid itself is fine, but the pineal gland can't read how much hormones I actually need. I've been taking medicine all my life, but deep down I always felt like I can cure it. I'm gonna give this a try!

Strong your pelvic part through kapal bhati ,alom vilom ,yoga asan and use turmeric 2 days in periods and 1hour brisk walk in the evening..I also face 10years breast swelling and abdomen pain..but I never used pain killer and just give healing hot water in tub and yoga, brisk walk..in 2months my breast is feeling normal no swelling, no abdomen pain..

All your Menstruation problems will be gone if you permanently quit eating Rice Wheat Maida Corn Soya Oats Milk Sugar Jaggery Honey Dry Fruits Processed Foods Eggs and non vegetarian food. And start eating Minor and Major Millets. Please soak the minor millets for a minimum of six to eight hours before cooking. For detailed information please watch Padma Shri Dr Khader Valli Ji videos. And please practice YOGA also.

Sir. I wish to kindly request. My neibour is Bhavana she was 48 years old she's working teaching. sha was taking tablet for left hand shivering, .but the tablet side effects is she is body is very heaviness water content obesity very heavyness stomach and Swelling of the thigh and leg as if filled with water. so, she is unable to do yoga properly due to swelling.. However he practices as much as possible every day.Can you help us what kind of yoga should be done for this problems.

​@@THEDAL-lm4wqHello Mam.. your neighbour should be started 1hour brisk walk in the morning and evening at least 2months for heavy body and thigh fat.. pranayam do in sitting position on the bed or mat..her stamina and immunity will be improve day by day..after that yoga asanas continue..I also start in May with 62kg weight with walk and June start with yoga and July aerobic exercise and yoga..my body is flexible and active..I learnt simple yoga asanas 12 poses and learn more continue.. today my weight is 59kg..I have not taken any kind of medicine..I feel my digestion strong,body light active energetic and intake only simple vegetarian food and fruits..

Don't loose your heart and focus on your health..start alom vilom, kapal bhati in empty stomach at least 15mints in the morning and just intake only 2litr water whole day,fruit juice like mosami, pineapple, pomegranate, lemon,coconut water,ash gourd juice,dal soup with vegetable, tomato soup in your diet at least 3month..I think your kidney will recover through this..if you want 30mints take light walk in evening..God help you 🙏

Are you on Dialysis? Nephrons take more time to heal. Irrespective of the stage of the CKD and Creatinine levels please permanently QUIT eating RICE, Wheat, Maida, Corn , Soya , Oats , Milk , Tea , Coffee , Sugar , Jaggery Honey, Dry Fruits, Processed foods, Eggs and Non vegetarian foods. And eat foods made from Minor and Major Millets. Do remember to saok the minor millets for 6 to 8 hours before cooking. Not only Kidney but all the NCDs will disappear. Creatinine levels will improve from 3rd month of eating only the minor millets in the Fermented Ambalee form. There are few Kashayams like Parijatha leaves and Coriander leaves to follow. Kidneys quickly kill other organs due to poor filtering of the Blood.

A question- Isn’t yoga nidra for deep non sleep relaxation? Meaning, practicing yoga nidra really helps me feel well rested after a sleepless or difficult night.
