thank you for your clear instruction for this asana. I have been struggling to sit siddhasana for a long time. It becomes very uncomfortable after 10 minutes after I do this. I noticed that I do some movements quite wrong. I keep in my mind to do it longer and correct way also comfortable way to do my meditation journey with this asana. Namaste

i did this first time with a pillow underneath, my left heal keeps running from top of my genitals. and i cannot pull the righy leg more than just the toe. i feel pressure in my foot and when i left the posture after 15min both feet hurt to a level i could not rotate the foot even and only after about 10 min i could slightly rotate it. i hope it will get easier. i have been meditating for the past 3 weeks and today I decided to add this posture as well

I sit in padmasana generally during japa or meditation, I love evening time after 5:30 pm for my spiritual practices ....these days I have noticed that suddenly I am crying in middle of japa , or meditation...... uncontrollable tears just flowing from eyes , something strange pain which I can't explain...I feel vaccum in my stomach,life ......I don't know whether you are able to understand what I am trying to say

It means Stored trauma or emotions in the body are getting released now...Let it be.. let yourself cry or laugh whatever emotions you are feeling to express...Don't worry this is a cleansing process and it happens when you start any sadhna and Pranayam as it is simply purifying your nadis.. Please continue what you practice don't leave in the middle.. ❤❤

He is telling you correct. Bear in mind you must be in a state of sexual arousal. In order to move the energy up into the brain. At no point must you give into the powerful desire for release. Then feel and watch the magic begin. Excellent!

Thank you for sharing. I've felt great benefit from this pose, although I haven't been doing it lately. I've done it intuitively and thought I may be doing it incorrectly because others have made it seem as though the pose you were doing at the beginning of this video is the "correct" pose. Now I understand there are multiple poses, and I will begin doing this one again. Thanks again. Stay blessed.
