Is the 90 period supposed to have you lose weight? I am really trying to change my habits, giving up alcohol, caffeine, cutting down snacking, etc. I can lose weight if I really try, I just give in to bad habits after some time. I'm afraid if I lose much weight preop insurance won't cover my surgery.
