It did look simple and easy, but it was actually a really good and challenging workout! I'm in my 6th month of pregnancy and this workout was a nice change of pace for me. Thank you Jessica, I really appreciate all of the videos you create.

About 2 days I am 40 weeks. You're workouts keeps me strong and also keeps my mind strong. Love it! (I'm from the Netherlands).

Currently 31 weeks pregnant and this workout kicked my butt more than the full body workouts! I was able to do every “move” and not have to do any type of modifications.

Was so skeptical whether to do this workout or not as I don't like anything that says 'barre'. Because I have tried many such barre workouts before as they all drained out my energy plus my legs couldn't bare so much of strain and also demotivated me to do any further workouts. But this one was simply amazing,beautiful and very easy to follow without putting much of pressure on leg muscles which is also very effective. Thank you so much for this workout. I love all your workouts infact.

Thank you for this, this is exactly the kind of workout I've been looking for. Is there any chance you could do/have something similar but with more traditional ballet barre piano music? That could be comforting to a former dancer/first time pregnant person!

allison laplatney Hi Allison. I’m not the video owner but I used to dance at align ballet method and know they’re doing virtual online classes with classical ballet movements and music! I love this video so much though since it’s the mix of both worlds. I’m pregnant too and since I loved this so much I’m thinking of signing up with align ballet method again.

I'm 31 weeks and I liked a lot this workout! Challenging and enjoyable at the same time. The only thing I would change is the music..ahahah sorry if I'm being rude but I found it a very bad choice and not the right one for this kind of workout. I tried to put my own music but I can't hear your voice.

This was a good workout, though I’d never done a barre workout before and you seemed to assume the audience would know what certain positions were. I was able to figure it out, but it was frustrating being behind and trying to figure out what you meant.

Armalen, I just did this workout and I'm 36 weeks pregnant. I'm not a flexible person even pre pregnancy so just modified leg heights to my comfort level. It was a a gentle workout with a good thigh burn!

Not the workout for me. I think you need to be familiar with dance and ballet and I just found it a bit confusing and not as challenging as I would like.
