I was taking online classes from 9 - 5 so I was having to sit for long periods at a time. kzbin.infoUgkxEhgucmXpcAGYh8fatGFEnOK2V97VIwhG After the first day in a regular table chair, I thought about an exercise ball and ordered one that night. It came the next day! My hips, legs, back and butt couldn't have been happier! I'm almost 5'11" and I ordered the largest size and it was perfect for me. I also have RLS (restless legs) and this helped so much.Pumping it up was a little challenging and definitely gives you a good arm workout, (I'm a 62 yo woman) but it's very doable. Getting the tape centered with the hole to inflate it and then getting the pin back in was also a little tricky. But I love my new "chair" and I love the torquiose color. Hopefully it will also get used for exercise. 😁

I am almost 32 weeks pregnant and i just have to say, i love your videos. I've tried other peoples videos and they just dont seems as knowledgeable and don't give me the same stretch and relaxation as yours give me. So thank you.

I'm 27 weeks pregnant, and have been watching your videos every day for the last few weeks. I'm completely new to yoga (never done it before) and your classes are absolutely perfect for me. I have gestational diabetes and have found the my sugar levels are much lower after doing your yoga stretches than they would be if I went for a walk. It's magic. I look forward to more pregnancy yoga ball videos, the half hour sessions are perfect. Love your work, thank you so much!

Loved this stretch! I've been following your pregnancy yoga and prenatal videos throughout my pregnancy. I feel so grateful to have found you! I love videos that are 20-25 minutes, though 30 min is fine too. Thanks for making my pregnancy so enjoyable and keeping me feeling so great!

I'm so grateful I found your channel. I'm currently 32 weeks with my second baby and your videos have been a blessing. I gained almost 70 pounds with my first and they came off slowly over the last 4 years but I was pretty comfortable with myself just before getting pregnant again and vowed that I was going to keep active, keep doing yoga and not get lazy for this one. Not only to prevent gaining so much weight but to have an easy labor and birth experience. Your videos helped keep me motivated during the first trimester when all I wanted to do was sleep, and during the second trimester helped keep me flexible and feeling good. Now, into my third trimester where I just feel so tired, and finding comfortable resting/sleeping positions are becoming a challenge your videos help keep me going and the aches, pains have been much less. I love the keegal incorporations as well. I just want you to know how much you have helped me enjoy this pregnancy and how much I appreciate you. I could go on for hours about other ways you help me and just know I shared several videos of yours to other pregnant friends on a regular basis. I have a bunch of your labor inducing videos saved already and look forward to trying them when the time comes. I'm always so confident that the videos I'm following are safe and effective for me and baby, I was so lost and unsure about what to do during my first that I just stopped exercising. You. Are. 36 weeks 5 days, and I think a 20-min stretch/light strengthening class is perfect at this stage! Prior to 35 weeks I was very comfortable with 30-min classes.

Thanks for another lovely video. In terms of ideal length … I tend to prefer the 30 mins plus. But it is great to have the variety your channel kindly offers.

I like the variety, some days I am on fire and I look for a whole body workouts, sometimes, like today, I feel really tired and this stretches are what I need to feel a bit more energised and also get some movement done!

Kinga Gorski Oh yes... it’s when you are pregnant the ball becomes key! My first birth I took my ball to the hospital by my 3rd now the hospital has them there for moms (so they laughed when we brought our own). Thanks for WLC 😘 Going to check out your video now!

Thank you! I love your classes, have been doing them throughout my pregnancy. 20 minutes is perfect for me. I have a question: you said here not to do the kegel excercise after 36 weeks, why is that? You didn't mention this restricstion in other videos which are safe for all trimesters. I wonder since I'm 35 weeks so reaching that limit soon... And another question: what is the diameter of the ball you use here? Mine is 65 cm and it feels too low...

Laying on my hardwood floor flipped my baby back in the right position and I got instant lower back pain relief! I’ve been trying other stretches to relieve it for a few days and the floor worked!

And I have a question - is it desirable to feel a stretch in the linea alba during back bends, or should we back off from going too far if it’s pulling there ? I loved this video and I would love more yoga ball videos for 3rd trimester :) 20-30mins is an ideal length

Hi, I am currently 31 weeks with my second child although this is my fourth pregnancy as we had a miscarriage followed by a stillbirth before my son was born. I did not enjoy my pregnancy with my son as I was sick the whole nine months and even more worried the whole time. The delivery went great but I had a complication post-delivery and the recovery was HARD and took me close to 3 months to physically feel recovered. I did yoga most of my pregnancy with my son but never found a good channel to follow and jumped from video to video. This time around I was lucky enough to stumble upon your page and it has been so good for me! I have been learning so many techniques, fun facts, and fun ways to experience pregnancy and it has really helped my mindset about the delivery process. Overall, I have found joy in this current pregnancy and have been enjoying it much more than my previous three but have been more nervous about the delivery than ever before and your videos have not only helped my physical ailments and soreness but has also been teaching me to have confidence in my body regarding the birth and postpartum phase. I do stretches or exercises with you once to twice a day and have also been listening to your informational videos more and more in my third trimester. Thank you for posting such positive, easy to follow, safe for pregnancy videos and for teaching me so many new things!

I'm guessing you have a physio that you work with and you do any modifications that you need? Are there certain movements you find helpful? I’ve been feeling some “nerve pinching” in my lower back, so I got a yoga ball today and did your video for the 1st time. It felt great! I started following so that I can do daily exercises. Thank you! Can I have a yoga card picked for me? :)

Andrea Hc Glad the video helped your “nerve pinching”! How far along are you now? I just picked a card for you from my deck and got “My love for you gives me strength and I can do anything for you” ... I wrote that card for myself when I was pregnant with my son and we found out he was going to have a cleft lip and palate. All of the sudden labor didn’t seem scary anymore as long as he was going to be OK (and he is perfect)

I feel like I might want to buy my own after 🤣 I use my Apple AirPods with the movie pro app. I recently tried to upgrade and buy the SHURE mic system and it was so huge and clunky I returned it so still looking for my dream mic system. What do you use?

Does anyone have any recommendations for yoga videos where the instructor is quite? This is like the 20th yoga video I have tried to watch where the instructor won't let there be a second of quite. I've tried muting it but then I miss the instructions or don't realize they we've switched to a new exercise.
