Hi Jessica! I did one of your exercises almost everyday starting at ~ 20 weeks pregnant. I wanted to say that I delivered my baby boy March 31st and I had an unmedicated vaginal birth like I planned. I went into labor at 39+2. Labor lasted for ~12h, arrived at the hospital at 2:30am 4,5cm dilated, and delivered baby at 8am. I followed your breathing and pushing tips and I tried a couple pushing positions but they didn’t work for me so I tried squatting and he was born after 2 pushes. I had a 1st degree tear which I’m pretty sure it’s normal. I’m recovering great and I wanted to thank you for all of your help because this was my 1st pregnancy and I felt lost before I found your channel. This is a beautiful work you’re doing here. Can’t wait to start the postpartum exercises. Good bless you and your family.

Im a little rusty! I used to do kickboxing with the Jillian Michaels DVD everyday when i was in highschool, but since being married and moving out of my mom's place it's been a challenge to adjust to the new space and duties as a home-maker. I gained 35lbs after a miscarriage in March and i stopped working when i found out i was pregnant again. I've been lazy, to say the least. I needed this workout a lot, my thighs are burning, but it feels so good. I used to do 100 squats everyday as a teenager, i really do take pride in how much effort i gave back then. Im embarrassed at how flabby I've gotten (although some of it is hormonal), but i know i can get myself back into shape for my son 🤍 im 20 weeks and i plan on following your videos regularly! Thank you so much for taking the time, it's really an encouragement!!💕

Thank you so much for the lovely video! 😊❤ I'm 24 weeks & have 2 herniated discs in my lower back from a severe workout injury from 1 year ago ( been trying to heal them daily via physical therapy exercises (bear crawl kick backs, bridges, cat & cow poses) & doing spinal decompression exercises (like hanging on a pull up bar etc) & walking 1 mile a day...over the last month or so...there has been progress & noticeably less nerve pain however I've been feeling at a loss since I've been unable to do any real exercises. Today, I challenged myself to do your video & had zero issues (minus the lunges since that seemed to strain my belly a bit 😅 so I substituted for donkey kicks / fire hydrants on the floor..) I'm so happy I found your channel! ❤ Especially since this is the 1st exercise video I've done in over a year since the injury. Just being able to do these exercises really boosted my overall morale & confidence! I was feeling very down about not getting enough exercises during pregnancy. Thank you again! Life-changing.❤❤❤

Leaving comment for myself: i did not like the workout. 1) doesn’t suit anyone who has gained weight already- my poor knees started hurting before 20% of the workout progress 2) too intense- impossible to keep the tempo of you belly is also not fake 3) positioning of legs and hands is not clrar which also can lead to injuries. How wide should legs be? Where are the toes should be directed? The lady was not consistent in keeping her position either. 4) no explanation how property position your hands during wall push ups. Where albows should be directed?
