I was extremely tired today, cause I didn't sleep much ,so this was just the right thing! I am currently 36 weeks pregnant with our first child and really excited. I really hope I can set all your advice into practice when giving birth. The thing I am afraid of most is getting really nauseous and having low blood pressure during labour.... kind regards from Germany

Yes, you must be exhausted at 36 weeks! You are so close! Are you afraid for a reason (do you struggle with nausea or low blood pressure already)? Keeping hydrated with water with electrolytes and keeping nourished will help.

I only had nausea from week 6 to 16...my midwife said that it's quite common to experience nausea when labour starts and for me it's just so hard to tollerate. I often had problems with low blood pressure when I had my period (I suffered from quite strong menstrual cramps) which left me feel very helpless and not in control of my body. That's why I am a bit worried. In general I feel confident and am also kind of looking forward to giving birth (hopefully) in the beautiful birthing centre nearby. I also feel good and actually strong in my body thanks to your videos,just now a bit down and taking it a bit slow after a flu last week and poor sleep.

I’m so happy you have a birthing center as they will support your need to drink and eat 💞 It does happen, but certainly not to everyone. I was SO SICK third trimester and didn’t get any nausea during labor. You can also try the seabands or acupressure for nausea. Ginger tea and smells that you enjoy. You are going to do amazing 💞💞
