I have never written a comment on any social media platform. But I wanted to say Jessica you are worth every praise and comment. I was in labor last week ( water broke) and in my head I always imagined myself taking an epidural. During the different stages of labor I used your advice and breathing techniques and before I knew ( well 15hrs later) I was 10cm. The pain was there and hard but I was in my “zone”. It was my first pregnancy and it took me “only” half an hour to push my baby out. I had only a very small litte first degree tear inside which doesn’t hurt at all. I am sure all this was thanks to ALL your videos who helped me through my pregnancy (1/2/3 trimester). Thank you so much! Definitely recommending you to my pregnant friends and gonna start your postpartum videos soon. Greetings from a happy mom from Belgium and her little boy Jonah 😍

Love this woman. I'm a hypnobirthing teacher and a pre&post natal fitness / nutrition coach myself, and this awesome teacher has been such a huge blessing to me. I have done her classes every day for 3 months. Our daughter is due 31th March and my body and mind is ready. I highly recommend her channel ❤

Good timing. 37 weeks today with third and found out my cervix is almost fully effaced and 2 cm, so anytime now. Good time to do some labor practice. Thank you.

With my first baby I didn’t take time for yoga. I’m so very grateful for you and how much you have changed my perspective on exercise during pregnancy. I can tell these videos have truly helped me slow down and prepare my body for labor and my mind to just rest.

30 weeks 1 day according to LMP. Im worried about my labour and i feel like i wont be able to bear. When should i start these exercises? Its my 1st baby
