it is an Fminor(maj7)/B (the voicing has the third of the chord at top, I don't know how to cypher it), the major seventh is just a passing tone to a more stable note (the minor 7th), after that it moves to the dominant V, and resolves :)

The reason why I did that is quite curious, I use to compose with voice leading and I always left it at the end of the sheet, but by mistake I hit ctrl+del and both parts got unified, I said "hmmm, how will it sound", after that I added a final chord, got satisfied and left it lol
