Really great workout. I’ve been doing daily yoga for a year and have stopped for a bit as I’m in the 3rd trimester of my pregnancy and having lots of indigestion as I bend and twist. Your barre classes are great! Thank you!

Planning pregnancy in the next year, so I'm working on getting as strong as I can beforehand, so that I can stay active throughout the pregnancy. My sister was inactive before and during her pregnancy, and she ended up with a lot of pains and problems from her stomach muscles being weak, and her posture failing her. I know I can't perfect anything, but I'd love to do all I can.

Mariah Hook yes! You will be much better off in your pregnancy, delivery, AND recovery if you are active. I have 3 babies. My last pregnancy I was active until 38 weeks and I was back to work teaching fitness 2 weeks after delivering and had the easiest recovery ever. Maybe it was just luck but that was the only pregnancy I worked out during and I think it did the trick 😘 best of luck.

Is it normal to feel burning in the leg holding your weight during the leg circles and toe taps? Meaning the leg not doing the movement. Not sure if this is normal or if this is due to bad posture

Hi did this workout i started to feel pain on my front right abductor after the row with weights its due to my weight gain pregnancy. I've gained some pounds i'll stay clear of weights for a while
