This is a full body PRENATAL BARRE workout! No uncomfortable bending, twisting, stretching, or bouncing here. Also a great option for those looking for a GENTLE BARRE class. You can easily do this in the comfort of your own home. Better yet, grab a partner and make them do this with you! Remember to go at your own pace. Take breaks or rewind & repeat sections as desired :) Enjoy!

Really great workout. I’ve been doing daily yoga for a year and have stopped for a bit as I’m in the 3rd trimester of my pregnancy and having lots of indigestion as I bend and twist. Your barre classes are great! Thank you!

Great workout, thanks!!! I would totally recommend this one for girls on their period who are dealing with cramps, back pain and/or general discomfort but still want to move! I love your videos, Coach Kel

Thanks for sharing! Very easy to follow instructions and a nice, manageable workout for me at 28 weeks ... and having fallen wayyyy out of my fitness routine.

Hi Cheryl. I did barre twice a week when I was pregnant and I it felt great without being too much. I would recommend this 2-3 times a week xoxo

Planning pregnancy in the next year, so I'm working on getting as strong as I can beforehand, so that I can stay active throughout the pregnancy. My sister was inactive before and during her pregnancy, and she ended up with a lot of pains and problems from her stomach muscles being weak, and her posture failing her. I know I can't perfect anything, but I'd love to do all I can.

Mariah Hook yes! You will be much better off in your pregnancy, delivery, AND recovery if you are active. I have 3 babies. My last pregnancy I was active until 38 weeks and I was back to work teaching fitness 2 weeks after delivering and had the easiest recovery ever. Maybe it was just luck but that was the only pregnancy I worked out during and I think it did the trick 😘 best of luck.

Hi did this workout i started to feel pain on my front right abductor after the row with weights its due to my weight gain pregnancy. I've gained some pounds i'll stay clear of weights for a while

Is it normal to feel burning in the leg holding your weight during the leg circles and toe taps? Meaning the leg not doing the movement. Not sure if this is normal or if this is due to bad posture
